I've been listening to the copy of John Mayer's Continuum that could be had from Clear Channel's site. I have sent the pirates forth to find a copy that doesn't have CC's shitting all over the music- they announce every minute or so over the music that you're hearing this preview by the grace of Clear Channel's wonderfulness, all hail Clear Channel! So I long for the day when I can hear this music as is.

I love just about every song on this album. The one I like the least, believe it or not, is the Jimi Hendrix cover Bold as Love. I know I may be killed for this, but I just don't much care for Hendrix. I think he was trying too hard to sound clever or poetic sometimes.

Slow Dancing in a Burning Room makes me want to cry. And I think I'll add The Heart of Life to the list of songs I want played at my funeral.
