Last night was a pre-surgery healing working for me. One of the new Dedicants set it up and I met with her, 2 others from my group, and a friend of one of the members. The 5 of us (all women) sat around a table and charged up little objects with healing energy for me to use while in recovery, and they all offered to come visit, send energy, or whatever I needed.
How was it? )
It's another quiet day today. I've done something to my lower back, and it's vexing me. I don't know how I manage to injure myself while doing nothing but sitting. Fortunately Doc has approved more visits to Chiro. Chiro's closed on Thursdays so I'll just have to suck it up 'til tomorrow. I can handle it.

Okay, all you people that exercise regularly, what's the trick? I'm always hearing about how you feel so refreshed and energized and crap after doing your thing, but I just spent 1/2 hour on the bike and all I felt was damp and stinky and tired and crabby. Not something that would want to make me want to keep it up. Maybe I'm expecting too much; but I'd like to get to a point where I don't loathe and dread exercise, and I know other people don't seem to have that problem.
