I went to bed at a decent hour last night (kind of early, actually) but woke up about every 2-3 hours. Dunno why, either. *yawn*

I think 'Malcolm in the Middle' is actually a pretty funny show. I can't stand 'King of the Hill', on the other hand.

I saw an Excursion in the parking lot this morning. What a monstrosity. Who needs that much car?!

Two of my black neons seem to have disappeared. Everyone else seems fine, though.

Yesterday marked the 5 year anniversary of our first date. I love you, Eric. :)

I found out earlier today that I have more leave than I thought I did. Then, I found out that there is a local Burner who is opening up her place for Leonid viewing.

Hey Everybody, come out to my place to watch the meteor shower on Monday night through Tuesday morning!
I live 15 minutes from the intersection of I35 and US 290 East. There is no light pollution. I have a lot of unheated shelter, so bring stuff to keep you warm. If you wish to put up a tent, there is room for that also. I will provide some food, but am unorganized and unemployed, so please bring your favorite intoxicants. Come out anytime after 4pm Monday. Bob forwarded it to me, and may or may not go. I got the leave approved, and consarnit, I want to go. I have class, so I will not be able to leave until late tonight, but meteor watching will not be worth a flip until after midnight anyway. Of course, there is also a near-Full Moon to contend with, but that's okay. I may even ask students if they want to go, though chances are slim. I don't even know if hub will go.

I don't care. I'll take my drum. :)
