I have the Santa I got at Hobby Lobby (about 6 1/2 inches tall) next to the tiny German dwarf Cookie. But the Santa has a depiction of a little town at his feet, and Cookie is much larger than the buildings in the town, so he won't feel bad. He can terrorize the people in the little town with his giant frying pan of sausages.
As I was admiring Cookie last night and wondering at the fact sheet he came with which was written in German, Eric said "I know a little German." Oh? "He's sitting over there," pointing at Cookie. Oh, he's a card, he is.
