So I have this dream, probably influenced by the book ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
todfox loaned me ('Red Mars'). I'm in Half-Price Books, and decide to see who's around that I can talk to. I ask an employee if Natalie is there, but the employee looks confused- then I remember that she usually works at another store. So then I ask if the evil-ex is there. He is, and I find him and ask him to sit down and talk with me. He looks very uncomfortable and irritated. We talk for a minute or two, then he is very rude and sarcastic to me, and makes accusations against me. I take him outside, and it's suddenly obvious that we're in a HPB on Mars, inside a dome. Because evil-ex has no space suit, he freezes solid almost immediately. And because he is very light (lesser gravity and all), I pick up his frozen body and throw it as far as I can. It hits the side of a building and shatters.
Yikes. I guess I'm not quite ready to talk to him again.
Then I woke up, went to feed my fish, and saw that the betta had died. He was looking unwell, and I had planned to take him to the fish place yesterday and see if they could figure out what was wrong with him, but because of events of yesterday crowding it out, I thought I'd do it today. I guess he was worse off that I had though. :( I hope the rest of the fishies (a bunch of neon tetras and a plecostomus) do okay.
