I sense a trend.
Kickadee recently mentioned a Bluebell flavor I hadn't previously heard of called 'Dos Amigos', described on their website as "The unique flavoring of Mexican Vanilla swirled with a Mexican chocolate ice cream that has a hint of cinnamon." Then someone else mentioned that Häagen-Dazs has come out with a new flavor called 'Mayan Chocolate'- they describe it thus: "inspired by the original chocolate crafted by the Mayans more than 2500 years ago, we blend rich dark chocolate with a hint of cinnamon for a magical Mayan offering." I don't think of chocolate and cinnamon together, but this might bear investigation.
