[livejournal.com profile] achild has finally moved his ass from the squalor of the South Pacific to the temperate and happy Region of Mellow. This means he has somehow lost his endorsements, which I never understood because I think they have something to do with the UN, and I never joined the UN.

In other news, the taxes kept creeping up and up, and finally reached 100%. I'm not sure how that happened; I mean, I know I like the occasional government-funded program to save the whales and whatall, but I didn't think I was being that crazy. Oh well, there are trade-offs to everything I suppose. I was more than happy to start taxing churches. And crime is 'totally unknown.'

In other other news, I am the Star, you betcha!

You are The Star

Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Star is one of the great cards of faith, dreams realised

The Star is a card that looks to the future. It does not predict any immediate or powerful change, but it does predict hope and healing. This card suggests clarity of vision, spiritual insight. And, most importantly, that unexpected help will be coming, with water to quench your thirst, with a guiding light to the future. They might say you're a dreamer, but you're not the only one.

The great thing about being the supreme benevolent dictator of Contentland is I can move on whim. Please welcome your newest neighbor/resident of the Region of Mellow: Contentland. Do not be fooled by our classification as "left leaning college state."

Taxes are still relatively low, civil rights are superb, and I don't care about your "political freedoms." That's why I'm a dictator, damn it!

I was thrilled to be able to tax churches when that issue came up. :) My taxes are at 48% right now, which is high, but we're doing pretty good. Except for the crime, which doesn't make much sense...you give the people the right to riot as they see fit, that's *not* really going to change the crime rate much. And the right to privacy is sacrosanct here in the land of So Good.
