See, now all these people are saying "I just knew Sulu was gay. I wasn't surprised at all!" Well, I had no clue. Not even a little.
It did make that part in the 'Futurama' episode where Zap says "now we will hear testimony from someone with a seductive, sexy voice!" and everyone looked at Nichelle Nichols, but Takei immediately said "Certainly! Well..." etc. that much funnier.
