austincommunity pointed me at this. If you get your electricity from City of Austin, there's a pretty interesting program I'm going to try out. It draws all your energy from green sources, reduces dependence on petroleum products, and all that happy stuff. Here's the info:

It ups the fuel charge from about 28¢ per kWh to 35¢. The fuel charge is actually a fairly small portion of the total bill. I looked at my most recent electric bill (about $210 for May-June) and on this program it would go up a little under $12. Not too bad.
