The Daily Show sticks it to Texas. And Texas richly deserves it, too. This is regarding the bill that recently passed that bans gays from being foster parents. Ignoring for the moment the fact that this is the stupidest law Texas has pushed all year (of course, the year is young), I laughed hard at the proposed 'gay test' just to make sure no one's trying to hide their deviant lifestyle:

Q: First I was afraid, I was ________.

A: 1. Petrified
2. Don't know

P.S. Once again, I am not a Texan. I am from Austin.

I didn't get it at first, so that shows how good a fag I am, hah... At least I would be able to adopt! ;p

I don't believe it's actually passed yet - it's still in conference committee, so there's still a chance that amendment might get thrown out.

But yes, Texas should be roundly mocked for electing so many legislators that would even approve such a bill.
