I'm feeling sort of down today. Nothing specific, just low energy, a little free-floating sadness. This despite dark chocolate M&Ms and a nice sense of accomplishment due to a lot of little things I've done with classes and rituals. Eh, it happens sometimes.

Yes and yes! Becca had 'em at her party a few days ago, and I grabbed some at the Walgreen's last night. I pointed out the colors to Becca, and she called them 'trauma M&Ms.'
