1. Copy the list below to whatever editor you use to make journal entries, remembering to fix any bold/strike/italics that didn't copy correctly.
2. Add three of the following to the bottom of the list: A movie you like, a fast food item you like, a reason for living, a cartoon character you think is sexy, a beverage you loathe, or the Latin name of an animal that you like. The first should be written in all lowercase letters, the other two can be written however you'd like.
3. Cross off any items on the list (the code is [strike]...[/strike], except with the pointy brackets) that you don't like (unless it's something that you just added) or that has too many vowels for your liking. 6. Post the new list in your journal along with these instructions, crediting the person from whose journal you ganked it (i.e. "Stolen from joeyhemlock").
7. If anyone posts the meme crediting you, reply with your third-favorite user picture and the words "FLANK STEAK!".
