The docs in Laredo did some fancy-ass imaging thing, and found that the same artery that gave him the heart attack last time was indeed re-clogged, but since it's towards the end of the artery and the tissue that it would be supplying blood to is dead anyway, there's no point in roto-rootering it out. And the rest of it looks fine. Huzzah!
