Okay, I usually refrain from complaining when it's cold and rainy because we live in Texas and it's usually too freaking hot for my taste. And besides, it's winter- what do you expect it to be like in winter? But I miss the Sun. I haven't gotten to frisbee in what seems like weeks, and it's just been grey, grey, grey. According to the pagan and the Texas calendar it's spring now and dammit I want to see some color.
I got my hairs cut, and Phil also held color swatches and decided that I probably looked better with cool colors than warm. So that makes it about 50-50, not that I've had a professional assessment. Though Phil is an official real trained certified licensed professional aesthetician (I think that's how that's spelled) for crying out loud. I may just go with neutral. It seems possible that there's like a Kinsey scale for this and some people don't fall firmly into one category or another. What would that make me, lukewarm? Tepid? Just Right?
I traded out my Dark Crystal book since it was missing an extra that was promised on the cover (probably shoplifted) and will probably get a replacement through B&N. I used store credit and got hub a DM screen and more freaking Elfquest comics. I am here to admit that I have always liked EQ, I've collected them since I was in high school, and even though it makes me feel like a big dork, I still enjoy it and reading about the adventures of (and looking at) the long-haired big-eyed little freaks with pointy weapons (*looks at husband thoughtfully*).
Oh, who am I kidding, I'm just trying to avoid doing my taxes. *sigh*
