It's a take on the over-used (and historically inaccurate) 'Never again the Burning Times!' that you see on some Wiccan websites. It's taken from the Monty Python movie 'Life of Brian' which you must see if you haven't already!

Bolt's my cat in the icon there, and he has kidney failure, and he gets a subcutaneous fluid treatment every so often as a crude sort of kitty dialysis. But 'flavor injection' sounds zesty and fun. :)
