So that no one thinks I only post the good results from the quizzes, I got 32% on the Nerd quiz that's going around. That put me in the 'Nerd Wannabe' category; just about everyone else that's posted has been a 'Nerd God' or 'High Nerd'. But, to pull the tattered remains of my dignity about me, I did get 133 on the Emotional Quotient quiz, which put me in the second-highest category (one below 'Dr.Phil' level). I'd post the graphics, but I took them both a couple of days ago. Also I'm busy trying to be a good drone. I've been late the last couple of days and haven't taken as many calls as I could have, and I don't want to get on my sup's bad side.
He's already probably irked that I let my certification lapse. The certification doesn't actually do anything- the first time you get it, all it means is that you completed all the training they sent you to, and you filled something out and sent it in. But to re-certify, since they don't send you to any more training after your initial training, you have to go out of your way to find it, and do it on your days off. That blows goats, IMHO, and since the certification is not technically necessary anyway my motivation has been less than inspired. But it looks good, so I've made a half-assed attempt to pick up an hour here and there. It looks like I almost have enough to re-certify, I just need to get about 3 more hours sometime before the end of the month. *pthbpbpbpbbpbp* I suppose I could do it Monday or something, and I do get paid for the extra hours anyway.
