I voted. My sticker says so. I'll drive anyone in the tri-county area to go vote if they need a lift. It'll be next week, but I'll do it.
It was funny, because I went with a friend and she lives just over the county line. Her voting place was slapped-together pieces of cardboard and a bubble sheet. Mine had fancy plastic molded booths and electronic voting. I wonder if hers has a better chance of being counted correctly. :P
We bought a dishwasher last night. For the most part they all look the same to me. We picked one that was pretty inexpensive and will have it delivered and installed at some point. Then we came home for the final round of kitten torturing. She fought all the way into the bath but fortunately stopped fighting once she was there, since I was in there nekkid. But as I was washing her, big handfuls of fur came off. That was freaky; I've seen cats shed excessively as a stress reaction, but she hadn't done it before and we're talking big clumps of fur. She doesn't look bald anywhere today (which I was half-expecting) but she still seems to be shedding an awful lot. I'll assume she might've developed a sensitivity to the stuff and continue to feel relieved that that was her last dose. The ringworm seems to have gone away. She still smells like matches though.
