About the time Mom was griping at me for being mad that she wasn't ready for the movers, a sharp pain shot up the side of my neck. I hold most of my tension there, and it was like someone flipped the 'on' switch and all the muscles just knotted up at once. I tried to soak in the hot tub and take it easy when I got home, but I awoke a few minutes ago and can barely turn my neck, and it hurts to move it at all. Terrific. I do NOT need this now. I have taken Wal-profin and will try to make a visit to the chiro before flying out tomorrow later today.

Oh no! If you can't get in to see your chiro, both Whole Foods and CM offer 15 minute neck and shoulder massages for cheap. You could also see if our darling Goldenoak is free.
