I've been a media glutton today. Robin Wood has written some essays; there's a bunch of anti-GWB sites I've enjoyed, and answering a bunch of questions about Wicca. I'm gonna have to look at the Quaker's beliefs a little more closely- it seems we have a lot in common, and apparently though it started out as Christian, it's expanded to include any who believe we all have a direct connection to the Divine and should seek it out individually. Apparently their services involve either sitting in total silence, or having philosophical discussions. That sounds wonderful.
I also added
jolandra to my friends list; I've read enough of her stuff in the
wiccan and
pagan communities to appreciate her wisdom. We'll have to arm-wrestle about Edain McCoy someday though. :)

I ate Thanksgiving at the local Quaker Meeting House one year, because I didn't have anywhere else to go for Thanksgiving, and found them to be really friendly, open, and good cooks too.
Thanks

That's odd, I've been glancing over Quakers too recently, they simply fascinate me. I'd have a problem sitting still that long tho :-)
