You have just won one million dollars:
*wets self*
1. Who do you call first?
My husband, then mother, brother, father... probably Gordon after that, since he'll know good financial lawyers and/or accountants and such.
2. What is the first thing you buy for yourself?
Seriously- my student loan. Then, a statue. Then a Honda Silverwing.
3. What is the first thing you buy for someone else?
I'll pay off the house, which is technically in hubby's name. Then I'll get him a pony or whatever he wants.
4. Do you give any away? If yes, to whom?
Sure; probably to various charities. OutYouth, Planned Parenthood, some naturey buncha guys, NORML, etc.
5. Do you invest any? If so, how?
Yeah. How? Fuck if I know. That's what the accountant is for.
School and Year you graduated
Kerrville Tivy High School, 1986
Nickname in high school?
Scooter, though technically I got that after I graduated but was still dating a guy in the class below mine. I got a scooter that summer.
Sport you were into?
Sport? Yuck!
Had a circle of friends?
Sure- the smart nerdy poor ones.
Best subject?
Band, though I was actually good in just about all of them.
Worst subject?
Government/history. I never could get into it; probably because my dad taught it.
A teacher you owe life lessons to?
I never was really attached to any of my teachers. I liked them, but nothing life-changing.
Describe in one word...
Freshman: Band
Sophomore: Band
Junior: Band
Senior: Sex
Your best friend was?
Lesley Baker; she was a fellow band geek and smart girl.
Worst friend?
Huh? My worst enemy was Daniel Nichols; he was the drum major and hated me for no reason; to this day I wonder what his problem was.
How was the prom?
Eh. It was okay. I didn't get a dress I liked very much and I got a bad haircut, but my boyfriend was really sweet and even though I wasn't really into the dancing we had a fun time.
Who were the prom king and queen?
I don't even know if we had those.
Any achievements?
Lots and lots in band; made the posters for the plays in drama; graduated 3rd in my class (high enough to be noticed but still not have to make any speeches) and got the most scholarship fundage of anyone, National Honors Society (I was the secretary or treasurer or something), I sang tenor in the choir since they were short so I got to dress in drag (a tux).
Were you popular?
Among my own little circle of friends, sure- I wasn't lonely in high school
Best song that reminds you of high school?
Any number of hair band songs, like 'You Give Love a Bad Name' by Bon Jovi. Anything by the Cars; I was a huge Cars freak in high school.
