I'll write more about my life later, but for now, these 2 things:
Caring for Your Introvert, an interesting look into the head of the introvert in your life. Descends a little too much into the victim mentality for my taste, but a good read nevertheless.
Dave's 20 questions in a Playboy interview. Shows what an all around nice guy he is (by my perception) and ends with possibly one of the worst jokes EVAR.

Date: Jan. 9th, 2004 02:44 pm (UTC)From:I posted the introvert article to my own journal because it resonated too damned strongly with a lot of my own experience. I cant' agree with all of it, of course (try justify saying introverts are "more intelligent, more reflective, more independent, more level-headed, more refined, and more sensitive than extroverts. " I can't. ).
But I have been mistaken for arrogant once or twice because I spoke rarely and when I did, it was insightful and apropos. And, I suppose, because I had conviction behind my words.
I dunno. I didn't see the victim mentality in it. Possibly in the structural organization--a sort of question/answer set up that had some appalling questions (Are Introverts Arrogant?).
