I really do think Alton Brown is a sadist. Like an honest-to-god BDSM type sadist. There's just something about the way he grins when he makes his flunkies eat hot peppers, and the way he snaps on those latex gloves and talks about 'putting the spurs to' various food items. Maybe it's just me.

tonight his episode was called "fit to be tied" (making roulades).... and his glee in spanking saran covered meat was rather.... interesting.
