And another thing. I have a crest.
My hair is about 1/4 inch long and very thick. Hub refers to it as 'pile' as I mentioned earlier, and it's just getting to the point where it can start to have a direction other than out. So it's trying to curl, and I noticed yesterday that there is a ridge on the top of my head where it makes a crest that starts about an inch below my crown and runs about 6 inches along the top of my head. It's very easy to feel, and hub says he can actually see it when he knew to look for it.
So I'm a blue jay. A cardinal. Dr.Zoidberg. A tufted Mielikki bird. Chirp!
