Dark. It seems very dark.
But there is a Moon that is only a couple of days past Full, and by the time I finish this entry it will have 'southed' and be on its way to rest, pulling the Sun up behind it in a few hours. The night is more than half over.
We went to Bro's and had Chinese and watched South Park. I wish we hadn't; in my opinion they jumped the shark some time ago and now they're just trying to be shocking, and succeeding in being offensive assholes. Bah. I smelled of generic cigarette smoke but we took a brief respite in the hot tub and feel better. Now I'm sleepy, though, and need to burn some carnation incense or rosemary or orange perhaps; something to wake me up.
I have completed one craft project; I'm partway through another, and have baking and wrapping yet to do. I don't think I'll finish everything by dawn, which is fine. Gordon plans to swing by around 5am or so. I may try to talk him into kolaches rather than a restaurant- we shall see.
