I could do it for around parts+$100. I used a bunch of scraps, but total parts shouldn't cost more than $50. I'll custom-build or design if you want. The design for this one can easilly be scaled for more levels, but I'd suggest anchoring it to the wall.

With my cats, anchoring is a must! I will get back to you in the future on that, because I can tell my cats would totally dig it (and maybe give me some space on the couch again!).
