It's not the mispronunciations that make me shake my head, it's the misspellings, especially the ones I see on, say, the national news! I'm like, hello! Don't you make sure the folks in the tech department can SPELL before you let them start doing graphics?? Then again, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised since something like HALF (yes, HALF) of all graduating seniors in California FAILED the "are you smart enough to graduate" test they gave them. It's not like it was hard either. Can you add 2+2? Can you spell 'cat'?? And the racial findings weren't as skewed as one might think, either, though they certainly weren't even down the middle. < shakes head >
