Headache... sore throat which has gotten worse throughout the day...

Fuck. I think I'm coming down with a cold. And I'm supposed to go to Houston in a week to see Dave Matthews and his merrye band. The last time I went to Houston I was miserable with a cold. I'd better be over it by then. You hear me, cold?!?!?!?

...and I've lost my appetite. So you know how serious this is.

I went to Walgreens to get medication and orange juice. They had vats, buckets of Nyquil, but I need Dayquil because I'm going to attempt to go to work tomorrow. They had a space for double-packs of Dayquil, but there were none so I got two little bottles. When I went to check out, the nice lady told me I could only buy one "because of those guys who are making stuff out of it." The register wouldn't even let her ring up two bottles. Godammit.

Has anyone else seen Stella on Comedy Central? It's probably the best new show on tv, but I haven't heard anyone else talk about it.

Come celebrate the arrival of the largest gong ever at Yoga Yoga!

In this premiere performance of our new 36-inch gong, you will be treated to a surround sound concert of masterful gonging by Mehtab, Siri Bahadur and Guru Karam.

We will have all three of our largest gongs in concert, in our newly opened Northwest yoga center, to take you on an amazing journey into sound, meditation, and relaxation.

In addition to our new gong, played here for the first time, you will also hear the rich mysterious sounds of the recently added Pluto Gong as well as a guest appearance by our 34-inch Westgate gong.

We will start with Kundalini Yoga to relax and open you to the sound of the gong, and then demonstrate the different sounds and effects of the three gongs. After a short break, we will return for a meditation to prepare you for an amazing 45-minute layout when all three gongs will be played in surround sound duet, trio and solos.

At the end, enjoy a specially prepared beverage to return you to your body and fortify you for your post-gong reentry.
