Jun. 12th, 2004 10:13 amI felt weirdly tired after the vet visit yesterday and it was intermittently rainy, so I skipped out on the jaunt to Hippie Hollow. I haven't been at all this year; I am going to try to go next week dang it. So I chilled out at home and when hub got home from work we decided to go to the (*jarring music*) mall. He's feeling the need for some social interaction, and wandering around the mall is sort of a low-pressure way of doing that.
I found some jammie bottoms and a pair of socks for my hospital visit, and we even looked at some of the stuff in Hot Topic. There was a long black canvas coat there that hub looked very smashing in, but he said it didn't fit right in the shoulders so I couldn't talk him into buying it. It turns out it was a women's coat. So his brief foray into cross-dressing was our cool and insane moment of the evening. He still looked hot.
Today there are not really any plans, except maybe dinner with Kirby. Hey, anyone want to go to the lavender farm next Saturday? I have to be back by 6pm or so for a ritual that evening but I bet it'd make a fine day trip if we left early and maybe got out there during the cooler part of the day anyhoo.
