I've been sick the last couple of days. I called in sick Tuesday, and have been sleeping off and on since then, drifting in a weird sort of half-awake state. My head's pounding, and when I wake up my throat feels like acid's been poured down it and I cough like a 60 year old smoker. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. Hub is starting to feel ill as well; we may try for a two-fer with the doc.
Trying not to jinx anything, but he had a second interview for this boring, boring company that looks like just about the perfect job- stable, gov't style bennies, laid-back atmosphere... and they seem to love him. We'll find out sometime next week. The long sucky unemployment trial may soon be over. I hope.
Final 2 classes for this year are tomorrow and next week- they're on Quabala. I've been re-acquainting myself with it, and remember how much I like it. Neat.
Oh! New Dave Matthews cd is out (a solo effort), and I like it a whole fuckload. Everyone run out and buy 3 of them.
