Since you're all wondering who Mielikki plans to back for prez in 2004, well, I'm not sure. I was very disappointed that my boy Ralph Nader did so poorly in 2000 and will always wonder if he made W the prez. In any event, there's no word from him about 2004. I've heard a lot of noise about Howard Dean, but I'm starting to lean towards Dennis Kucinich. In addition to liking to back unattractive men who probably don't have a chance in hell (go Dukakis!), this self-admittedly biased site seems to make some points about Dean being a little more rubbery, willing to (at least to some extent) say what he thinks the most people want to hear to get where he needs to go. Clinton made quite a name for himself doing this, so it certainly leads to success. But does it lead to getting the things that need to be done, done? Who knows. I'll eventually do some more useful research before it actually comes down to pulling a lever for one of these bozos.
