I feel randomly irritated this morning; not sure why.

One of the three students, the one that didn't make the first class, dropped out. She said she decided she didn't have the time to devote to class after all. Meh.

My dad keeps sending me political crap. If it was well-reasoned stuff, that would be one thing, but it's shit like jokes about Hillary Clinton. I'm getting frustrated with it. And it's always this AOL bilge that has eight carats before each line that all of his crabby Republican friends have been forwarding around. I just keep replying with Molly Ivins editorials, because I know he likes her.

tsarina gave me this great recipe for pie. Very simple, very tasty. There is a problem, though.

OK, when you mix it, if you use devil's food chocolate pudding mix, even if the ice cream is greenish the resulting goo is this vivid reddish-brown.

Then, if you balance said pie crust full of reddish-brown goo on top of something else in your freezer, then shut the door and upset the balance, guess what happens?

Now guess what happens when it's on a top shelf in said freezer?

Yes, that's right, you get a freezer with the back walls and shelves smeared with gloopy dribbles of brown stuff. It looked like we stored an angry feces-throwing monkey in our freezer. Fucking fuck fuckity fuck.

OK, this weather is so fired.

Crappy Saturday. Nice Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. I'm looking forward to my days off so I can spend some time in it. And what's the weather doing? Getting ready to rain, probably the second I walk out the door at work. But it will probably clear up by Sunday!
