(no subject)

I've been having really bizarre dreams. I'm sad to tell my many legions of voyeur fans that I can't remember any details though- I just know I wake up thinking 'gosh, that was some weird fucked-up stuff!' then promptly forget what made me say that.

I do remember one where a woman whose husband had left/died/something was going around to all his mistresses and confronting them. She discovered that they were actually all pretty nice people and decided to room with one of them, or sublease her apartment or something like that. This one was all into Oriental stuff and all her clothing, sheets, decorations etc. were made of silk and had dragons on them. I felt like I was watching this one as if it were a movie (and it had sort of a smarmy Hollywood feel to it) and thinking to myself 'wow, I like her taste in clothes'.

Anyway, so I'm having all these dreams. Hubby and I seem to have a psychic link, and sleeping next to someone who's having some major chemical renovations going on in the melon probably affects my head a little too. He did say he'd been having strange dreams too.

I am happy to report that his sexual capacity doesn't seem to have been affected.

BTW, I like the Dave Matthews Band but probably not as much as it might seem. I always seem to be making journal entries at work when listening to their CDs. Shrug!

Hubby is employed! Huzzah!

It's the job mentioned earlier. He immediately started focusing on the cons- mainly, it's a big pay cut compared to what he used to get. I told him 'well, it's more than you were making this morning.' It also doesn't start for another week and a half- but hopefully this will give him time to get a bunch of advertising out for the tank, so we can make up the lost income from floaters.

There should be a better term for people who pay us to spend time in the sensory deprivation tank. I seem to remember 'floater' is slang both for shit, and for a person who dies in the water.
