About that BV coach call. My stats still sucked this week. When we don't have a lot of reviews, screwing up one means it fucks with your stats more, and that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Also, with CPS calls if you get one sort of abuse you pretty much can stop digging, since the investigators will be going out and figuring out for themselves if there's physical abuse or physical neglect or neglectful supervision or emotional abuse or some or all of these. I mean, there can be multiple allegations, but you don't have to try to figure out every last detail, which the callers often don't have anyway. With these reviews, if they can be rejected for multiple reasons we're supposed to code each reason separately. All the reviews the coach mentioned were reviews I rejected for one thing but they should've been rejected for several. In my mind that's better than rejecting stuff that shouldn't be rejected (or passing stuff that shouldn't be passed) but a fail is a fail regardless. Noted, and filed.

The reason for the multiple codes is the reason they have all those ticky boxes: it is so all the rejected reviews can be sorted. The clients get that information. Then they can say "hey lets look at everything with shipping issues" or "let's look at all stuff that has customer service and shipping issues." Does that make sense?

Oh, it makes total sense why, and they probably told me when I had the training, it just didn't sink in at first. Hooray for learning curves!
